Mike is an Executive Vice President in the organization and heads the firm’s large group division.  Mike has been with Filice for 28 years and his experience and expertise is in the strategic design and implementation of benefit plans for companies ranging in size from 50-2000 employees.  Mike’s clients include both public and private companies and span a range of industries.
