My name is Ryan Moura and I joined Filice in February of 2020 after seven years in the GA world. My role in the Client Success Department is to work with small to medium sized businesses to design, implement and manage health benefit solutions. Our focus is on assisting our clients in becoming employers-of-choice, strengthening their recruiting and retention efforts through their benefit programs.

What might surprise you about me

I am very ambidextrous. I write left-handed, throw right-handed, swing a bat left-handed, golf right-handed and kick with both feet!

Guilty pleasure

My mom’s Goopie Rolls (Moura family tradition for Christmas morning. Pretty much the best brown sugar cinnamon roll on the planet!)

Favorite music genre

I love music so this is way too hard to narrow down one genre for me. I listen to everything from Tower of Power, Earth Wind & Fire, Cream, Stevie Ray Vaughn to Eric Church, Chris Stapleton, and Sturgill Simpson and everything in between!

Favorite hobby/interests

Anything active or sports-related, specifically golf these days, wine tasting and traveling as much as possible.

What would be your career if you didn’t choose this one?

Professional baseball player.

Traveling to Scotland to play the Old Course at St. Andrews.
