Falon studied Political Science at the University of Oregon before joining Filice Insurance.  She grew up on a job site helping with the family construction business where she learned the true meaning of hard work and the challenges that come from owning your own business.

– Going to the movie theater alone and not having to share any of my snacks.

– The independence of working here is my favorite thing. I am a single mom and working for a company that supports that and the flexibility to let me take care of my son is so appreciated.
