Alex served in the US Air Force for 6 years in the medical field and from there, she earned her B.A in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources and continues to further her HR and benefits related education. She has also worked in Human Resources and as a Benefits Administrator which has helped her tremendously in her role as a Client Service Manager.

I would have worked in the medical field.
