We have access to all carriers nationwide and have premier status with all of them.
We serve over 2,300 client accounts of all sizes, broken up by the following approximate percentages. Also, please note that many of our clients have multi state locations, and we are licensed in all 50 states.

Given our large client base, we are able to serve almost all industries.
For the most part the answer is yes. However, what a broker recommends can be completely different from another. We build programs that can work for all employees, and it is usually centered around choice. One size fits all is no longer a good strategy. Some employees choose the lowest deductible plan because it is easy to understand, and others want to go with the highest deductible and put the savings to good work in the form of an Health Savings account or other benefits offered by the employer.
Project management is critical to our success with our clients and to delivering consistent results. We have developed templates, processes and procedures for all functions in our agency. Our leadership team invested significant time and resources into planning, execution, performance and monitoring to ensure that all client onboarding, renewals, projects, open enrollments, RFP support, etc. are done in a consistent manner with consistent results.

Our health informatics team will help you evaluate when it is time to be self-insured or maybe join a captive if you have not evaluated this option before. However, we always want to make sure that we have sufficient data about your current utilization to make intelligent decisions when moving in this direction. Our health informatics analytics tool can be a big help in this effort once we get claims data directly from the carrier. Benefits plan reports include utilization, cost containment, enrollee distribution, status, and analysis.

First and foremost, please note it is against the law for an employer to suggest or otherwise coerce an employee to make a decision about going on Medicare. That said, educating employees particularly from a dis-interested party is perfectly legal and can help you immensely.
