Local sporting goods retailer, Sports Basement, is proud to announce the launch of their new outdoor guiding service for Bay Area companies, Sports Basement Outdoors. These trips are a great alternative to the typical corporate outings, team building events, incentive trips, and office celebrations.
Six years ago, Sports Basement Outdoors took 50 of their employees on an all-inclusive ski trip to Tahoe. These trips quickly evolved into monthly climbing, backpacking, mountain biking, road biking, white water rafting, cross country skiing, and snow cave building adventures. Sports Basement employees have continually voted these outdoor excursions as one of the best benefits their company offers. After 6 successful years of running these trips internally, they decided it was time to make the same outdoor adventures accessible to other Bay Area companies and individuals, and SB Outdoors was born. These trips are one day, all-inclusive outdoor adventures led by the Sports Basement Outdoors‘ guides. They also do custom trips designed to fit best with your companies’ goals, staff demographic, and budget. All skill and fitness levels can be accommodated!
We recently did the one day mountain biking trip with Sport Basement and had so much fun! The guides were awesome and made the trip amazing. Not to mention the cook who had a delicious barbecue lunch waiting for us when we returned from biking.
