By law, if you have 10 or more employees and you are not considered a low-hazard employer, you must post your Summary by February 1st each year summarizing all incidents from the previous year and keep it posted until April 30th.  For more information, please request the "Recording Work-Related Injuries and Illnesses" guide for information on reporting work-related injuries and illnesses, completing the Log and Summary, along with other helpful hints.
