Legal entities are often required for companies entering a new market before they can establish benefit plans, payroll and other services. Filice cannot offer legal advice, but we have resources on the ground that can advise a company on the available options and the most appropriate entity. Our partners will prepare a proposal that outlines the steps, time lines and costs associated with setting up the desired legal entity.

Employment contracts are often required for employees outside the US and should be in the local language and meet local criteria for employment terms and conditions.  Filice has local partners that can draft and implement these contracts.
